The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in Salem. The dining experience at the Easter Grand Buffet had some great options but lacked in temperature for some dishes. Overall, a classic hotel in an amazing location, although booking through a third-party site limited my stay initially.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and simply gorgeous, but the price seemed a bit high for the size. The service provided by Chris Hamzeh and the rest of the staff was top-notch, making our experience extraordinary. The location was superb, putting us right in the heart of Salem for easy sightseeing. While the dining options were a bit limited and pricey, the organic products were a nice touch.
