Guest Reviews & Ratings
I felt right at home in this hotel, with beautiful staff and a central location great for exploring the Peabody-Essex Museum and historic district. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a great view of the commons, though a bit small. The service was incredibly friendly, adding to the overall stay. Dining was delicious, especially the handmade pasta, but a bit pricey. The facilities were well-executed with a touch of silverware, making the experience worthwhile.
I had a lovely beer trip through New England staying at this hotel. The room was nice, albeit slightly on the small side, but entirely functional. However, I felt it was overpriced for the size offered. The service in the Tavern was top-notch, with staff being very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in Salem. The dining experience at the Easter Grand Buffet had some great options but lacked in temperature for some dishes. Overall, a classic hotel in an amazing location, although booking through a third-party site limited my stay initially.
During our stay, the hotel met all of our expectations with immaculately maintained rooms, including two small bathrooms, a big plus for our family of 5. The convenient location within walking distance of Salem's attractions was excellent; however, the dining options were a bit limited. The staff was welcoming and the service terrific.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with its prime location close to everything. The rooms were cozy but lacked a view. The service was exceptional, especially the attention to detail from the staff. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is right in the middle of town, making sightseeing very convenient. The rooms were small and had a view of the air conditioning units, but the bed was comfortable. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff. The location is fantastic for exploring Salem, with proximity to attractions and restaurants. The dining experience had great options at reasonable prices but lacked in temperature. Facilities were unobtrusive.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and simply gorgeous, but the price seemed a bit high for the size. The service provided by Chris Hamzeh and the rest of the staff was top-notch, making our experience extraordinary. The location was superb, putting us right in the heart of Salem for easy sightseeing. While the dining options were a bit limited and pricey, the organic products were a nice touch.
I felt right at home in this hotel, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was amazingly friendly. The location was safe and convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The dining experience was excellent, although a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The central location made exploring Salem a breeze, although the dining experience was underwhelming. Overall, a great value for money.
